Nickel over brass, welded edges

original hoops have scratches, missing the chrome some areas and bents.

No extra holes or modifications,screws that holds the but plate and strainer are not original has been replaced. Direct tapped lugs, some tension rods have rust stains, all lugs hold tension well, strainer works as should. As shown on the detailed video and pictures there cloudiness present on the shell.
