1961 Rogers Dynasonic paper badge 7line

I would love to know more about this Dynasonic. I know it’s very rare. I believe it was possibly made early 61 and it’s a 7line Gretch shell. I’ve read the paper tag pre dates the numbered badges? Is this true? I hope this is what I think it is . I’m more concerned about recording the remaining few and preserving the rogers legacy than selling it. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If the B&B lugs are original, they could be fairly fragile. What I mean ny that is my own eperience with a similar model. As you tune the drum the tension alone can, or could stres the B&B lug and crack it. If you intend to keep the drum nd play itI suggest searching for new retro remade lugs for the drums. They are available.

To retail this drum, I sold one pretty much the same, many years ago 2005 or 06, for $495.
