$229 Or best offer. Up for sale is a 1970s Zildjian 22" A Ride weighing in at 3373 grams. This cymbal has a very light factory embossed "Thin Stamp" but all of the ink logos were cleaned off. There is some light patina on the traditional finish of the cymbal (see photos). The bell has a large prominent profile which has a very nice clear sound. The bow of the cymbal has a great stick tip sound as well as a darker crash with a nice sustain. No cracks, fleabites or keyholing (see photos). Photos were taken in indirect light to emphasize color/finish and lathing. I would call this a medium to medium/heavy cymbal. Great sounding 1970s 22" medium ride. Very clear bell and wash that does not overpower the stick tip articulation.
The video below is not the exact cymbal but very close in weight and the same era. The classic heavy Zildjian A Ride sound with lots of character.
