Noble & Cooley 10" 6-hole die-cast zinc alloy hoop, 1990s era when they were still made in the USA. Was mounted on a drum & played sparingly for a few months & then was removed and put in storage for 2 decades. Still in excellent condition and in-round with just the beginnings of some micro pitting...very shiny and would look even better after some chrome polish.
